Sovereign Authority

His Majesty King David Joel's Sovereign Authority over the House and Kingdom of David

The House and Kingdom of David did not begin as a human project and does not depend on any modern government, registry, or international body for its existence.

The House and Kingdom of David is historic and ancient, it is also a continuing House and Kingdom established and built by God. This was firstly established by God for King David of Judah and Israel. God said that the House and Kingdom of David would stand forever. There would be direct descendants serving as the King and Crown Sovereign of the House and Kingdom of David.

The Ancient House and Kingdom of David was Preordained and Continued for God's Promised Restoration of the House and Kingdom of David for the Benefit and Restoration of the People of the earth and the Land.

“I have made a covenant with My chosen; I have sworn to David My servant: ‘Your seed I will establish forever, and build up your throne to all generations.’”
— Psalm 89:3–4 (ESV)
“May he have dominion from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth! … All kings fall down before him; all nations serve him!”
— Psalm 72 (selected, ESV)

Built upon the ancient covenant with King David and fulfilled in our time, the Kingdom of David is a benevolent, global monarchy committed to justice, equity, and the gathering of all who seek truth and restoration.

Recapping the Sovereign Authority

The House and Kingdom of David

The House and Kingdom of David does not derive its existence or authority from any modern government, registry, or international body. According to the Holy Scriptures, the Kingdom of David was directly established by God and entrusted to the House of David as an everlasting covenant of kingship and judgment. As such:

The House and Kingdom of David existed long before every present nation-state, empire, or intergovernmental organization now on earth.

The Kingdom of David Sovereign Authority flows from God's covenant and the historic Davidic throne, not from recognition by younger, subordinate institutions.

No human board, registry, or "global governance" framework has power to create, validate, or annul what God Himself has established.

The Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts and the Crown Sovereign of the House and Kingdom of David therefore continue to act under the original divine and dynastic authority by which this Kingdom was first constituted.

The Biblical Covenant Is Now Restored

The Divine Covenant for the Historic, Ancient & Continuing House and Kingdom of David

“In that day will I raise up the fallen booth of David, and I will repair its broken walls, restore its ruins, and build it as in the days of old.”
— Amos 9:11

The Kingdom of David stands today in fulfillment of an ancient promise—not a myth, not a metaphor, but a covenant spoken by the Living God.

His Majesty King David Joel, Crown Sovereign of the House and Kingdom of David, stands in the line of kings stretching from King David of Judah, through Solomon, through the kings of Judah, Ireland, and Scotland, down through the generations to this present age.

This is the Booth of David restored, the House rebuilt, the Covenant remembered, and the promise alive.

A King Raised According to the Living Word

His Majesty's calling is not political ambition, not human appointment, and not the creation of men

“David shall never lack a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel.”
— Jeremiah 33:17

It is the continuation of a divine lineage. The Lord preserves His covenant and raises His kings in His timing.

“I did not seek a throne; the throne sought me.

The Lord built this House.
The Lord restored this Booth.
And the Lord leads this Kingdom.”

— His Majesty King David Joel

An angel lowering the flaming sword in mercy as people kneel in repentance — God's mercy when His people humble themselves
“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
— 2 Chronicles 7:14

A Restored Booth, Not a Conquering Empire

The House of David rises again for healing, rebuilding, and restoring

Healing,

not domination

Rebuilding,

not conquest

Restoring,

not ruling by force

Peace,

not provocation

Truth,

not tradition alone

“And I will close up the breaches thereof…”
— Amos 9:11

The breaches of the House of David are not only physical—they are spiritual, historical, and generational. His Majesty's purpose is to stand in that breach and repair.

A Kingdom Built on the Living Word

“Unless the LORD builds the house, they that labor, labor in vain.”
— Psalm 127:1

The Kingdom is built by the Living Word, not speculation. The Word is the cornerstone, the lamp, and the light:

“Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
— Psalm 119:105

What began as a small lamp has grown into a radiant path, and that path has become the foundation of a Kingdom restored.

Canonized Maxim One

“The Kingdom of David, established by God, and upheld by an eternal and continuing mandate does not seek permission from earthly authorities, but proclaims its mandate and extends invitation to the nations of its peaceful intent to restore the land and its people.”

This is the posture of the restored Booth of David—not aggression, but certainty; not demanding recognition, but proclaiming truth.

“He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
— Psalm 91:11

The restoration of the Booth of David is not merely a political reality—it is a spiritual miracle, a prophetic fulfillment, and the continuation of God's redemptive plan.

The Heart of the Matter

The Question Before God and Man

The restoration of the Booth of David is not a claim made lightly. It is a sacred trust, a divine mandate, and a covenant responsibility.

And so the question must be asked—not by men alone, but before the Living God:

“Does His Majesty King David Joel meet the qualifications and standards that God has set forth for the restoration of the House and Kingdom of David?”

This is not a question of political legitimacy. This is a question of spiritual alignment, Biblical fidelity, and covenant obedience.

Let us examine the Scriptures, measure the fruit, and answer the question with clarity and truth.

I. The Biblical Qualifications for the Davidic King

The Scriptures are clear about the character, conduct, and calling of the King who sits upon the throne of David. These are not suggestions — they are divine requirements.

A. Psalm 72 — The Righteous King

“Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king's son. He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment… He shall defend the afflicted among the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.”
— Psalm 72:1-2, 4

The Davidic King Must:

  • Judge with righteousness and justice
  • Defend the afflicted and the poor
  • Break the power of oppressors
  • Bring peace and prosperity
  • Rule with compassion, not cruelty
  • Be a blessing to all nations

B. Psalms of Solomon 17 & 18 — The Anointed King

“Behold, O Lord, and raise up unto them their king, the son of David… And he shall purge Jerusalem from nations that trample her down to destruction… And he shall gather together a holy people, whom he shall lead in righteousness… And there shall be no unrighteousness in his days in their midst, for all shall be holy and their king the anointed of the Lord.”
— Psalms of Solomon 17:21-32

The Davidic King Must:

  • Be raised up by God, not by human ambition
  • Purge injustice and oppression
  • Gather a holy people
  • Lead in righteousness
  • Have no unrighteousness in his days
  • Not trust in military power, but in the Lord
  • Be mighty by the Holy Spirit
  • Shepherd the flock of the Lord faithfully
  • Have no pride or arrogance

C. Isaiah 60 — The Glory of the Restored Kingdom

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee… And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising… The wealth of the nations shall come unto thee… Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders… The LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.”
— Isaiah 60:1-3, 5, 11, 18-19

The Davidic King Must:

  • Arise and shine with the glory of the Lord
  • Draw nations and kings to the light
  • Receive the wealth of nations for Kingdom purposes
  • Keep the gates open continually (hospitality)
  • Establish peace and end violence
  • Make the Lord his everlasting light

D. 2 Samuel 7 — The Eternal Covenant

“And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.”
— 2 Samuel 7:16

The Davidic King Must:

  • Stand in the line of the eternal covenant
  • Acknowledge that the throne is established by God, not by men
  • Build a house for the Lord's name
  • Recognize that the Kingdom is forever

II. How His Majesty King David Joel Measures Up

The qualifications are clear. Now let us examine the evidence.

A. Proven Lineage from King David

His Majesty stands in the direct line of King David through:

  • The kings of Judah (David → Solomon → Rehoboam → the line of Judah)
  • The westward progression of the throne (Jeremiah's mission to Ireland)
  • The kings of Ireland (Tea Tephi, daughter of Zedekiah, married to the High King of Ireland)
  • The kings of Scotland (the Stone of Destiny, the coronation stone of the Davidic line)
  • The genealogical documentation preserved in the Formation Covenant and Status Correction

This is not speculation. This is documented lineage, preserved through centuries, and now restored.

B. Justice and Righteousness (Psalm 72:1-2)

  • Legal training and strategic counsel (trained in the law, but not subject to the Bar Association)
  • Defender of the oppressed (pastoral ministry, advocacy for the poor and afflicted)
  • Establishment of the Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Court of Chancery (EECC) to provide justice outside the corrupt systems of the world
  • Commitment to truth over tradition, righteousness over expediency

C. Compassion for the Poor and Needy (Psalm 72:4)

  • Decades of pastoral ministry serving the marginalized
  • The Royal Crown Individual Benevolent Trust (RC-IBT) providing direct relief to citizens as set forth in and governed by the Royal Crown Master Trust Indenture (RC-MTI)
  • A Seat at the Table Foundation, dedicated to humanitarian and charitable work globally
  • The principle of hospitality as the exercise of love — welcoming the stranger, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked

D. Does Not Trust in Military Power (Psalms of Solomon 17:33)

The Kingdom of David has no standing army, no weapons of war, and no ambition for conquest. His Majesty openly declares:

“The Lord is my King. I do not trust in horses or chariots, but in the name of the Lord my God.”

This is a Kingdom of peace, not conquest; of restoration, not domination.

E. Relying on God (Psalms of Solomon 17:36)

His Majesty does not claim sinless perfection—only the Lord Jesus Christ is without sin. But His Majesty does claim:

  • A heart for righteousness and a hatred of wickedness
  • A life tested by fire and refined by the Word
  • A reliance on the Holy Spirit, not human wisdom
  • A commitment to repentance, humility, and the fear of the Lord

F. Shepherding the Flock Faithfully (Psalms of Solomon 17:40)

  • Non-micromanaging leadership — empowering Ministers to execute their offices
  • Delivering 'the Word' and allowing the Spirit to guide the details
  • Hospitality as the exercise of love — welcoming, feeding, and caring for the flock
  • No pride, no arrogance, no oppression — only service

“I am simply the vessel. The Word is the foundation, the Covenant is the anchor, and the Lord Himself builds this House.”

G. Nations Come to Your Light (Isaiah 60:3)

  • Formal diplomatic outreach to world leaders (Sovereign World Notice)
  • The Royal Gold Crown (RGC) monetary system, designed to bless nations with gold-backed stability
  • Partnerships with municipalities for economic development
  • The Angelic Intelligence Database (AID), offering counsel and wisdom to world leaders
  • The gates are open continually — hospitality, transparency, and welcome

III. The Fruit of the Tree

"By their fruits ye shall know them." — Matthew 7:20

The restoration of the Booth of David is not a theory. It is a reality, evidenced by the fruit:

An operational Kingdom with defined governance, ministries, and offices

A gold-backed monetary system (RGC) designed to bless nations

A functioning court system (EECC) providing justice and equity

The Angelic Intelligence Database (AID) offering wisdom and counsel

The Royal Crown Individual Benevolent Trust (RC-IBT) providing direct relief to citizens

Formal diplomatic outreach to world leaders

Partnerships with municipalities and financial institutions

A commitment to justice, mercy, and righteousness

A heart for the poor, the afflicted, and the oppressed

A Kingdom built on the Living Word, not human speculation

This is not the fruit of political ambition. This is the fruit of obedience to the Living God.

The Answer to the Question

“Does His Majesty King David Joel meet the qualifications and standards that God has set forth for the restoration of the House and Kingdom of David?”

A RESOUNDING YES.

Not because of self-promotion, but because of the witness of Scripture, the testimony of history, and the fruit of a life lived in service to God and His people.

His Majesty King David Joel:

Has compassion for the poor and needy
Does not trust in military power, but in the Lord
Relies on the Holy Spirit and the Living Word
Shepherds the flock with humility and love
Draws nations to the light of the Kingdom
Bears fruit that testifies to the mandate

This is not a claim made lightly. This is a sacred trust, a divine mandate, and a covenant responsibility. And the answer, before God and man, is clear:

His Majesty meets the qualifications.

Righteous governance

Benevolent leadership

Economic restoration

Peace rooted in righteousness

His Majesty King David Joel stands as:

The Booth of David is rising—
stone by stone,
truth by truth,
light by light.
And the nations will see it.
