God originally established the House and Kingdom of David, and it is God who is the restorer. This is God's operation of restoration.
In this generation, the House and Kingdom of David is being restored as a visible expression of the Heavenly Kingdom of God. This is not a new idea, but an ancient one—rooted in the eternal heart of God.
God originally said that He would build for King David of Judah and Israel, and that there would always be a king to sit on the Throne of David. This was one part of a two-part promise. The other was that the Levites would never lack a High Priest to offer sin offerings—a perpetual advocacy available for the sins of the people. Jesus was the fulfillment of this second part of the promise.
Thus, the external kingdom is the Kingdom of David, whom God established forever on the earth and was to be from sea to sea, and that there would always be a king to sit on the Throne. God established the House and Kingdom of David as a Come-Along-Side Sovereign Monarchy—not to rule over mankind, but to serve, protect, guide, and develop all nations.
“And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them.”
Ezekiel 37:24-28
It was God who purposed to restore the fallen tent of David and to make it again as of old. “In that day I will restore David's fallen shelter—I will repair its broken walls and restore its ruins—and will rebuild it as it used to be.” (Amos 9:11-12)
The Kingdom of David is a visible expression of the Heavenly Kingdom of God. King David revealed in his writings that God was not just a hierarchical government, but that God as the Supreme King was a Servant in governance—using words that described how God supplies all, and that dependence on God's Mercy and Supply was an expression of obedience, not out of requirement, but out of a heart that longed to express the attributes of the Kingdom of God.
This is the desire for the Kingdom of David and its Come-Along-Side attitude to all Nations.
The oldest known dynasty in existence
The House and Kingdom of David is the oldest known dynasty in existence. It is a Global Sovereign Monarchy and a Benevolent “Come-Along-Side” Government. While worldly governments often seek to keep their citizenry under control through complex laws and social engineering, the Kingdom of David exists to set mankind free.
The documented lineage spans one hundred fifty-seven successive generations from Adam, one hundred thirty-seven generations from Abraham, one hundred twenty-four from King David, and one hundred twenty-three from King Solomon—through the Kings of Judah, Queen Tea Tephi of Ireland, the Kings of Ireland, Argyle, and Scotland, the Royal personages of Fife and England, the Wemyss noble line including the First Baron of Nova Scotia, and onward to North America and the House of Weems. US Government officials have stated that a genealogical lineage from male to male for this many generations was beyond calculation.
Salem means Peace, with an emphasis on Melchizedek as King of Salem and King of Righteousness. The House and Kingdom of David both are centralized in Peace. The first Proclamation of His Majesty King David Joel is the “Proclamation of Sanctuary, Peace, and Prosperity”—and Peace is central to all the teachings of the Kingdom of David.
There were two occurrences in history where unexpected Stars suddenly appeared in the heavens. The first occurred sometime between 7 BC and 1 BC—the Star that appeared over Bethlehem of Judea announcing the birth of Jesus. In a similar occurrence, the second Star appeared in 1946.
The Northern Crown, or Corona Borealis: Near the bottom left side of the horseshoe-shaped constellation, a “new” star sprang into view in 1946, blazing from its normal 50 times brighter than our Sun to over two hundred thousand (200,000) times brighter than our Sun. It equaled Gemma in brightness, and any sky watcher back then would have noticed a sudden change in the crown’s outline.

Astronomers determined that the outer layers of this star had exploded and were expanding away at the rate of over 2,700 miles per second. Later studies showed that while the brightest star in the crown, Alphecca, was only 75 light years away, this exploding star, T-Coronae Borealis, was 2,600 light years beyond—which meant that for it to become even brighter than Alphecca, it would have had to have blazed in just a few hours from its normal 50 times brighter than our Sun to over two hundred thousand (200,000) times brighter.
Astronomers now know that T-Coronae Borealis is two twin stars, a giant red star with a blue-white dwarf companion—a Gemini effect. And this new King David was born in 1946, under the sign of Gemini, the sign of the twins. This sudden and unexpected occurrence announced the resurrection of the Kingdom of David and a new King David to sit on the Throne of his fathers in these last days.
The first Total Eclipse of the Sun in America occurred on August 21, 2017, and crossed from West to East through seven cities named Salem. The seventh city was Salem, Illinois—and there are a total of thirty-six cities in the United States named Salem, but only seven of the thirty-six were crossed by the August 21, 2017 Total Solar Eclipse.
Then seven years later, April 8, 2024, the second Total Eclipse of the Sun in America crossed from South mid-United States from Texas to the Northeast—intersecting and again crossing at Salem, Illinois, the town of the Crown Sovereign’s nativity. The crossing forms the Hebrew word “Tav” (ת).
There are 2,422 days between these two Eclipses. When divided in half, we get 1,211 days. From August 21, 2017, 1,211 days falls on December 20, 2020. On December 14, 2020, there was another Eclipse in South America, coinciding with the peak of the Gemini Meteor Shower on December 13 and 14, 2020—and Gemini is the astrological sign of the Crown Sovereign’s nativity on June 5, 1946.
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”

It is Biblically legitimate to look for signs in the stars, planets, and moons—but always remembering the thermometer distinction. Astrology assumes that stars are causes of earthly events. The Bible assumes that they can be messages about earthly events. A thermometer can tell you if it is hot or cold, but it cannot make you hot or cold.
Jesus himself declared: “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars.” (Luke 21:25) The Crown Star of 1946 and the two Total Solar Eclipses forming the Hebrew word Tav over Salem, Illinois are God’s Declaration that the Kingdom of David has been restored and that the New King David is to be seated in his place of Authority.
The Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts (EECC) recognize the inherent right of every person to walk in freedom, provided they do not infringe upon the freedom of others. The Scriptures declare that when the righteous rule, the people prosper. To rule, in the Kingdom sense, is not to dominate, but to lead, guide, and protect people into the ways of righteousness.
All known governments seek to keep their citizenry under their thumb in a form of enslavement, and this is evident in the laws they make to control their citizens. But the Kingdom of David has come to set mankind free in standing and in life. The EECC recognizes a person's right to be free and walk in that freedom as long as it does not invade another person's freedom. The Kingdom's laws are created to keep each person truly free.
The Bible says that when the Righteous Rule the people prosper. Ruling over does not turn a person into a subject, but rather leads and guides a person into the ways of righteousness and righteous living, which is true freedom.
King David revealed in the Psalms that God is not just a high authority, but a Servant-King who supplies every need. The Kingdom of David adopted this "Come-Along-Side" attitude toward all nations. The Kingdom is here to support, provide for, and steward the restoration of humanity, following the attributes of Mercy and Supply.
This is what is desired for the Kingdom of David: that it becomes the pathway for all peoples of the World to enter into Life and Peace. Not a government that controls, but one that serves. Not a power that dominates, but a presence that restores.

The Crown is worn in service to all of Mankind. A kingdom that leaves behind old concepts of domination, control, and polarity.
Universal lawful principles upheld as the highest order. Preservation of all unalienable rights, equitable interests, and beneficial rights.
A sanctuary of ever-present and ever-lasting peace—to return this Earth to its proper status as a domain of Peace, Purity, and Prosperity.
Recognition of the God-given absolute right of free moral agency of all Living Man, Woman, and Child. Citizens enter with full rights, not as subjects.
To preserve, educate, and protect Globally the Environment and Ecosystems Worldwide. Returning the Land to its original pristine condition.
The spiritual heritage of the Kingdom rooted in the Judeo-Christian tradition, while protecting all who wish to practice their faith undeterred.
