Sealed Amendment correcting the orientation of the two lions rampant respectant upon the Crown Seal Master in Gold. The gold lion of Perez is set to the observer’s right (authority proceeding from the Davidic Throne), the red lion of Zarah to the observer’s left; both remain rampant, crowned, respectant, and equal in dignity. Amends the Instrument of Consecration CRN-0023-12108 (Precept II), relates back to 7 September 2026, and enters the Policy on Lion Rampant Orientation into the standing practice of the Kingdom. Annexure A to the Instrument of Consecration of the Crown Seal Masters, under CRN-0023-12108 · KRI-2026-069, appended by the direction of the Crown and entered upon the rolls as a part thereof. It disturbs no precept, blazon, or word of the instrument to which it is joined, but stands beside it, that the covenantal meaning of the two lions and of the whole mark should be preserved in the perpetual record in the words in which it was first declared. THE TWO LIONS RAMPANT — EQUAL IN STATION: the two lions are rendered equal in size, posture, and dignity by deliberate sovereign intent, and this equality is itself the theological statement of the seal. The fulfillment of the Davidic Covenant did not come by the greater absorbing the lesser, but by the joining of equals — the daughter of the last male king of the Perez line in Judah given in union to the male of the Zarah line — so that what had been two became one, and the breach that had stood since the birth-tent of Tamar was healed not by conquest but by covenant union. The bowl did not remain at the top; it did not remain at the bottom; it moved. This is the word Jeremiah carried — the highest branch brought to the lowest and the lowest raised to the top — so that neither could say it stood above the other. “Thus saith the LORD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon a high mountain and eminent.” — Ezekiel 17:22. The gold lion is Perez — the line of the kings of Judah, the scepter, the breach-maker who came through first. The crimson lion is Zarah — the scarlet thread, the hand drawn back, the line that waited through all the generations of its westward journey until the hour of reunion. Neither is above the other: the Supreme Crown rests above both, and between them stands the Lamb with the Key, for it is not the lions who open and shut, but the Lamb. The harp at the base declares whose house this is — David, the shepherd-king, the man after God’s own heart. The seal therefore declares in a single image what took millennia to accomplish: the breach is healed; the two are one; the Lamb holds the key; the Crown is supreme; the Throne is Jerusalem.

The memorial of the act of the Crown Sovereign taken upon the Ninth day of September, Two Thousand and Twenty-Six, whereby every Royal Citizen's Irrevocable Beneficial Trust standing upon the books of the Global Citizens Bank and Trust was examined against the measure declared in the Financial Doctrine and re-based thereto. The measure: two hundred Royal Gold Crowns for a citizen holding no office; two hundred and twenty-five to three hundred and fifty for a person employed in Kingdom service, according to the grade of the office; two hundred for a member of the Royal Family holding no office of state, the Monarchy providing the houses and expense accounts of that estate. The annuity of every trust is five in the hundred of its face, perpetual and never spent down; the current valuation is set equal to the face; the Sovereign Depository Trust cost and trigger stand at seventy-five in the hundred. Of the eighty-three trusts examined, fifty were re-based and thirty-three were found already conformable. No trust was extinguished, no beneficiary displaced, no certificate cancelled. The aggregate face of the trusts stands restated from 1,035,700 to 69,610 Royal Gold Crowns, and the aggregate yearly annuity from 75,790 to 3,980.5 Royal Gold Crowns — a reduction of 71,809.5 Royal Gold Crowns in the yearly obligation of the Kingdom, a dollar shadow of $359,047,500 at the fixed strike of five thousand dollars to the troy ounce of fine gold. One trust stands excepted and was not re-based: the trust of Dashawn Latrell, House of Hill, of fifty thousand face and three thousand annuity, which was not granted by the Crown but purchased upon valuable consideration given, and which therefore stands. The Instrument further records the consequential realignment of the first bundle of annuity contracts, KOD-AMB-2026-0001, whose member snapshots were restated to the re-based face — forty-eight of eighty contracts corrected, aggregate face restated from 1,035,100 to 68,870 Royal Gold Crowns and monetization capacity, at the tenfold multiple, from 10,351,000 to 688,700 Royal Gold Crowns — the count of contracts, the clearance of the Four Gates, the designated vehicle and the guarantee of the Association standing as they were. A Schedule is annexed setting forth all eighty-three trusts by beneficiary and CRN, with the face and annuity of each before and after the act, and a total.

Names, Titles, Identity, and the Authority Conferred by a Name
An eight-class course on the name and the title. It corrects the myths of capitalization, identity, and the written name — from the scriptural witness of sacred names through the history of English capitalization to the Kingdom’s Royal Naming Convention — and then establishes the Doctrine of Titles: that the conference of names is familiar to every household, that the surname arose to mark a person’s station, and that titles of authority and mandate are always conferred by a senior authority or by God Himself, never assumed by the bearer. The course closes with the Doctrine of the Nasi: that Ezekiel 37 names David a prince among the people, that the word “subject” is retired from Kingdom usage, and that the people of this House are citizens, heirs, members, and the People of the covenant.

The continuation and completion of The Nature of Money and the Lawful Settlement of Debt. Where the first course traced the life and death of money in the nations, this nine-class study asks the question every officer of the Crown must be able to answer: does the Kingdom suffer inflation, its currency being a declared and fixed weight of gold? The answer is set down in the Royal Doctrine of Sound Money, and this course teaches it — what inflation actually is and what it is not; why a unit defined as a weight cannot be diluted; the honest limits of what gold does prevent; the contrary peril of appreciation and the standing duty to grow the gold as the dominion grows; why a declared value is a floor and not a price; and the gold rule that binds every officer, that no increase in assured value takes effect until the gold answering it has been set aside. What is the invisible environment that surrounds you? Melchizedek, the Davidic Covenant, and the Restoration of the Original Intention
A fifteen-class study of the priesthood as God ordained it and as He is restoring it. The course traces the priesthood from the altar already burning at Salem when Abraham arrived, through Sinai where a whole nation was called to be a kingdom of priests, through the two pillars of the Davidic Covenant, to the heavenly High Priest after the order of Melchizedek and the incorporation of His people into that one priesthood. It corrects two errors that did great damage: the mistranslation that turned a kingdom of priests into a multitude of self-appointed kings, and the misreading of AD 70 as catastrophe when Scripture presents it as completion. The course is set forth under the hand of His Majesty King David Joel. These are not the opinions of men, nor the private teaching of the Sovereign; they are what God has opened his eyes to see of what is His own teaching.
Why an Estate Is Consumed in the Generation That Earned It, and What a Trust Does When It Is Left Alone
The economics the Crown Sovereign taught, with the late Dr. Gilbert Stout, in continuing education to attorneys and certified public accountants — and which he has now commanded be taught in this University. The course opens with the question he put to every class: what did your grandfather leave you? It then measures, against present and sourced data, what actually becomes of an estate in the nations: that seventy to eighty per centum of households will never receive an inheritance at all; that the top tenth of earners take seventy-seven per centum of every inheritance dollar; that the median heir is fifty-eight years old and receives at the hour he no longer needs it. It teaches the Parable of the Larger Truck, the arrival of the second earner, and the price of a house measured against a wage. Against all of it, it sets the Kingdom’s answer: steeping time. A trust left undisturbed compounds; a trust harvested early is harvested green. The course teaches the arithmetic of the crossover, the twelve bands of the Graduated Schedule of Trust Distributions, the Three Streams that carry a Kingdom household, and the governing Scripture of the whole architecture, Proverbs 13:22. It closes with the Clause of Continuance — the Two-Generational Rule, the flat fifteen-year steep, the carving of a settlor’s corpus into equal shares for the grandchildren with one share reserved to the charity, and the Rule of the Derivative Consort that governs marriage and its dissolution. It then sets down the Sovereign Floor of the Face and the Crown Sovereign’s teaching that individualism is a teaching of man — the connectivity of house, tribe and nation, and of family, Ekklesia, Church and Father, that every rule of the Treasury serves. The course concludes with the Withdrawn Bag: why the steep is withdrawn from every trust of 10,000 RGC and above, how the face is fixed and the annuity becomes a fifty-year viatical instrument whose remainder returns to the Foundation, and why the King went first.
