The Heavenly Witness — Father, Word, and Holy Spirit
The Doctrine of the Threefold Witness is foundational to the governance, authority, and spiritual standing of the House and Kingdom of David. It is rooted in the testimony of God Himself, established in Holy Scripture, and confirmed by the witness of the Spirit.
“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”— 1 John 5:7–8 (KJV)
This passage reveals a profound truth: God has established a divine pattern of witness and testimony. Nothing in the Kingdom of God is established by a single voice alone. Every matter is confirmed by the mouth of two or three witnesses (Deuteronomy 19:15; Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1).
The Threefold Witness is not merely theological abstraction. It is the very framework by which God authenticates truth, establishes covenants, and validates authority. The House and Kingdom of David operates under this divine pattern.
The Almighty God, Creator of heaven and earth, who established the covenant with David and swore by His own holiness that the throne would endure forever.
Psalm 89:35 — "Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David."
The Living Word of God — both the written Scripture and the incarnate Word, Jesus Christ. The Word is the foundation upon which all Kingdom authority rests.
John 1:1 — "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
The Spirit of the Living God, who anoints, empowers, and confirms the work of the Kingdom. The Spirit bears witness to the truth and seals every covenant.
John 15:26 — "The Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me."
Three that bear witness in earth — and these three agree in one
The witness of the Holy Spirit upon the earth — confirming, convicting, and guiding all who walk in the Kingdom. The Spirit testifies within the hearts of the faithful that the covenant is true and active.
Romans 8:16 — "The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God."
The water of baptism, of purification, and of the Word that washes and cleanses. Water represents the public declaration and covenant commitment — the outward testimony of an inward work.
Ephesians 5:26 — "That He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word."
The blood of the Lamb, the blood of the covenant, the blood of redemption. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission. The blood speaks, testifies, and seals every Kingdom covenant.
Hebrews 12:24 — "And to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel."

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.”— 1 Peter 5:6
Throughout Scripture, God confirms His truth through a pattern of threefold witness. This is not coincidence — it is divine design. Every critical revelation, every covenant, every act of God's authority is established by multiple witnesses.
"One witness shall not rise against a man concerning any iniquity or any sin that he commits; by the mouth of two or three witnesses the matter shall be established."
— Deuteronomy 19:15"For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."
— Matthew 18:20"This is the third time I am coming to you. By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established."
— 2 Corinthians 13:1Jesus Christ holds three offices — Prophet, Priest, and King. He is the Prophet who declares the will of God, the Priest who makes intercession, and the King who reigns forever. These three offices bear witness to His complete authority.
— Deuteronomy 18:15; Hebrews 7:25; Revelation 19:16God's covenant with David is established by threefold witness: the Father's oath (Psalm 89), the Word's fulfillment (the lineage of Christ through David), and the Spirit's confirmation (the anointing of David and his descendants).
— Psalm 89:3–4; Matthew 1:1; Acts 2:30How the Threefold Witness governs the Kingdom
The Doctrine of the Threefold Witness is not merely a statement of theology. It is the operational framework of the House and Kingdom of David. Every act of governance, every proclamation, every covenant of the Kingdom is established upon this divine pattern.
The authority of the Crown Sovereign is established not by self-declaration alone, but by the threefold witness of Scripture, lineage, and the Holy Spirit's confirmation.
Every covenant within the Kingdom is sealed by the witness of God's Word, the testimony of the parties, and the confirmation of the Spirit.
The Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts (EECC) operate under the law of witnesses. No judgment is rendered without proper witness and testimony.
The Kingdom's doctrine, laws, and proclamations are measured against the threefold witness: Does Scripture confirm it? Does the Spirit bear witness to it? Does the fruit of righteousness attend it?
The Davidic throne is validated by: (1) God's covenant oath, (2) the unbroken lineage through 157 generations, and (3) the Spirit's anointing upon His Majesty King David Joel.
The restoration of the Booth of David is witnessed by: the prophetic Word (Amos 9:11), the historical fulfillment (the lineage preserved), and the present-day work of the Spirit in gathering people to the Kingdom.
The restoration of the House and Kingdom of David in these last days stands upon the Threefold Witness:
God's Word declared that the House of David would be restored. "In that day I will raise up the booth of David that has fallen and repair its breaches, and raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old" (Amos 9:11). This Word has not returned void.
The unbroken line from King David through 157 generations from Adam, 137 from Abraham, 124 from King David, 123 from King Solomon — meticulously documented in the Formation Covenant and confirmed by genealogical record. The bloodline speaks.
The Holy Spirit confirms through signs, wonders, and the fruit of righteousness: the Crown Star of 1946, the two solar eclipses over Salem, Illinois, the Hebrew letter Tav written in the heavens, and the Spirit's anointing upon His Majesty's life and work. The Spirit bears witness that this is God's work.

The Doctrine of the Threefold Witness is hereby affirmed and declared as foundational doctrine of the House and Kingdom of David. It is the standard by which all Kingdom matters shall be measured, all covenants sealed, and all truth confirmed.
As it is written: “These three agree in one.” So let it be in the Kingdom.
