The Kingdom of David is a benevolent, global monarchy established upon the ancient covenant made with King David—a covenant that promised an everlasting throne and an unbroken royal line. That promise, preserved through millennia, continues today.
From the throne of Judah through the prophet Jeremiah’s mission to the isles, the Davidic line has been faithfully maintained. Through Perez and Zarah, the twin sons of Judah, the royal lineage was preserved and united, passing through Ireland, Scotland, and eventually to the Americas.
Today, His Majesty King David Joel stands as the rightful heir to this ancient throne, leading a Kingdom committed to justice, equity, spiritual stewardship, and the gathering of all who seek truth and restoration.
The Kingdom of David Sovereign Authority of the House and Kingdom of David
The House and Kingdom of David did not begin as a human project and does not depend on any modern government, registry, or international body for its existence.
According to the Scriptures, the Kingdom of David was directly established by God and entrusted to David and his seed as an everlasting covenant:
“I have made a covenant with My chosen; I have sworn to David My servant: ‘Your seed I will establish forever, and build up your throne to all generations.’”

Recapping the Sovereign Authority of the House and Kingdom of David
1. The House and Kingdom of David does not derive its existence or authority from any modern government, registry, or international body. According to the Holy Scriptures, the Kingdom of David was directly established by God and entrusted to the House of David as an everlasting covenant of kingship and judgment. As such:

For this reason, the Kingdom of David does not seek, nor require, registration with any global governing board or secular registry in order to exist, to act, or to serve. Recognition by other governments may reflect reality, but it does not create it.
In this generation, His Majesty King David Joel stands within this covenant and lineage as a son of David, raised up in the last days to continue the House and Kingdom of David and to restore its courts and stewardship. The Kingdom comes alongside all nations in peace, justice, and equity—secure in its divine origin and authority.
We stand willing to cooperate in peace with other governments and institutions where justice, mercy, and good order are advanced—but our being, authority, and jurisdiction do not depend upon their acknowledgment. Recognition may reflect reality; it does not create it.
The Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts and the Crown Sovereign of the House andKingdom of David therefore continue to act under the original divine and dynastic authority by which this Kingdom was first constituted.

The House and Kingdom of David is a Global Sovereign Royal Monarchy. The Kingdom operates as the continuing, historic, and ancient House and Kingdom that was designed and established by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. As a distinct global jurisdiction and a God-ordained mandate, the Kingdom is governed by its Royal King, His Majesty David Joel of the House of Weems (formerly Wemyss), of the Historic, Ancient, and continuing House of David, whose first Sovereign King was King David of Judah and Israel.
The House and Kingdom of David is guided by the Maxims of Equity, its Canonized Maxims, and the Royal Constitution. Its governance is administered through the Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts and Exchequer Court of Chancery (EECC) and the Royal Treasury.
The Kingdom’s standing is rooted in the Covenant of David and is formally expressed through a comprehensive body of Acts of State and Declarations of Status.
II. FORMAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF STATE
For the purpose of international notice and evidentiary clarity, the foundational instruments of the House and Kingdom of David—including the Covenant of Formation and the Archetype Act of State—have been formally presented to and processed by the United States Department of State.
These instruments bear the official signature and seal of the United States Secretary of State, Antony J. Blinken, authenticating the execution and validity of the Kingdom’s documents. This authentication serves as official documentary authentication of the signatures and seals, and provides constructive notice and evidentiary support as to authenticity for parties reviewing the Kingdom’s filings.
